Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer flat-rate shipping for both domestic and international orders. Orders weighing over 1 kg may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Free domestic shipping (Portugal) on orders over €100.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries, so no matter where you are, your pet can enjoy MOZE’s stylish products.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or duties in your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MOZE.

As most of our products are handmade, processing time may take up to 4 weeks, especially during peak periods. We appreciate your understanding.
